Phil and his colleagues were very friendly and respected the people who live at the house. They listened to our queries and explained how the finished installation would look. They gave us options of how it could be controlled - remote control or via mobile phone. We are very happy with the system and it has brought instant warmth and coolness to the conservatory which makes it a nicer place to be in. We wish we had done it years ago. Thank you Smart Energy!

We found Smart Energy on the internet and contacted them . Amy who was our liaison contact explained how they operate and arranged for a survey visit . The survey guy was very knowledgeable and we were so satisfied with Amy and the surveyor we decided against a second quote . Amy arranged an installation date and kept us fully informed at each stage . The installation team were booked in arrived on time and did an amazing job . They were quick , tidy and kept us updated as to everything they were doing . The installation was much quicker and smoother than I expected and the house and surrounds had no debris/ rubbish left to indicate anything had occurred . Amy at base checked we were happy which we were and then diarised to contact us for the annual service . I highly recommend Smart Energy who were very professional from first contact to completion and that’s rare in this day and age .

Right from the first telephone contact with Amy Alvarez through to the fitting of our air conditioning/ heating system, the experience couldn't be beaten!
Amy, thoroughly explained all the elements of the system and arranged for the property survey to take place, in a very friendly, informed and professional manner that inspired trust! Phil, the company M. D. came and carried out the survey, again in a very professional and friendly manner and comprehensively answer further questions and again explained the system and process. Our quotation arrived by email the next day which we promptly accepted and were given an installation date which was yesterday.
The two technicians arrived before the stated time of 09.00 and commenced the work again in a friendly and professional manner. On completion the guys cleaned up thoroughly and gave us a demonstration of how to use the equipment.
Nothing is too much bother for this company. Every contact we've had has been dealt with to our satisfaction. I can't recommend Smart Energy enough!!!
