It was such a relief to find an air conditioning engineer like Simon, He was incredibly professional and meticulous – very neat work and cleaned up perfectly. Most importantly, he was completely honest and transparent about the job, which gave me real peace of mind. A genuinely nice person too, which makes all the difference. If you value honesty and quality workmanship, definitely give him a call.

In July I had a new Toshiba Haori air conditioning system installed by Simon and couldn’t be happier with both the installation and the aftercare service. Simon was professional, tidy, and clearly knew his stuff — the system was up and running quickly and has made a huge difference to comfort levels in the house.
Coming into winter, I noticed some vibration noise from the outdoor unit transferring through the wall. I got in touch with Simon and he was brilliant — quick to respond, very understanding, and keen to get it sorted. He came back promptly, fitted additional anti-vibration mounts, and adjusted the fixings so the unit now runs almost silently.
It’s rare to find someone who provides such good follow-up support once the job’s been completed. I’d definitely recommend Simon to anyone looking for an air conditioning installation done properly and backed up with excellent customer care.
