🌱 ABOUT THE JOB We’re looking for someone who loves being outdoors, working hard, and being part of a small, friendly team. This is a hands-on, physical role where most of your time will be spent outside in the fields — digging, planting, harvesting, and preparing our vegetables for sale.

You’ll also spend part of your time in our farm shop, restocking the vegetable displays, chatting to customers, and making sure everything looks its best. It’s a rewarding job for someone who enjoys variety, fresh air, and seeing the results of their hard work every day.

Enjoys physical, outdoor work in all weathers

Happy to work both in the field and in the shop

Friendly, reliable, and willing to get stuck in

Works well as part of a team and on your own

Experience in growing or horticulture is a plus — but full training is provided

📆 THE DETAILS

Permanent position

Hours: 7.30am – 5.30pm

Days: Flexible, agreed at the start and guaranteed thereafter

Rota includes a mix of weekdays and weekends

Pay: £12.25 per hour (equivalent to £30,300 per year full-time)

Start date: Immediate

Location: Ardross Farm Shop, Elie
