Quality Auditor

Location: Ratby Lane, Leicester

Salary: £29,707.26

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm (40 hours)

We're looking for a detail-focused Quality Auditor to join our Added Value team in Leicester. You'll help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety and compliance while supporting continuous improvement across the site.

What You'll Do

Carry out audits against GMP, HACCP, QMS and food safety standards.

Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions.

Complete quality sampling, testing and documentation.

Support product launches, NPD trials and customer complaint investigations.

Verify food safety controls, calibrate equipment and maintain audit readiness.

Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to drive quality improvements.

About You

Excellent attention to detail with a passion for quality.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance or auditing is desirable.

Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is an advantage.

Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
