Supporting the development, review, and communication of HR policies and procedures

Identifying learning and development needs and supporting managers to create and implement development plans

Contributing to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives by promoting inclusive practices and using workforce data to help improve representation and fairness

Supporting the development of people analytics by maintaining HR data, producing reports, and delivering insights to inform decision-making

Supporting employee engagement activity, including preparation and delivery of the annual employee survey and follow-up actions

Using HR systems to accurately maintain xjnqpsq employee data and generate reports

Supporting the wider HR team in delivering key people initiatives and organisational change

Working closely with GDPR colleagues to ensure employee data is handled securely and in compliance with legislation
