Description
I'm Stefan, the person behind Koko The IT, a one-person web design and IT support business based in Medway. I've spent over 15 years working in IT, most recently as IT Manager for a UK leisure and hospitality group. I built and maintained websites, EPOS/booking systems, networks and hardware across multiple sites. When you get in touch, you speak directly to me, not a call centre or account manager.
That background is what led me to start Koko The IT. After years keeping websites and IT running for one group of businesses, I wanted to offer the same hands-on support directly to smaller local businesses and home users who don't have an in-house IT department to fall back on.
