As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. This Nationwide courier specialising in the collection and delivery of Air Freight.

Lead and manage the warehouse team to meet daily operational targetsPlan staffing and workload effectively to ensure smooth warehouse operationsOversee incoming deliveries and ensure quality standards are upheldMaintain the warehouse training matrix and ensure staff developmentEnsure all warehouse areas remain clean, organised, and compliantAttend meetingsDrive lean principles and support continuous improvement initiativesUndertake hands–on warehouse tasks when required Required skills & experience Warehouse Supervisor:

Counterbalance liecnece (Not essential training given)Knowledge of warehouse management system (Needs to be implemented) Proven leadership and people management experienceExcellent communication skills both written and verbal Salary upto 35,000 for the right person (Temp to perm)
