About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join a construction recruitment business at an early and exciting stage of growth. This is a key hire, offering the opportunity to become part of the bigger picture as the company scales across Scotland and London throughout the year.

You’ll support live contract desks, sourcing and managing candidates across a wide range of construction roles - from general labourers through to skilled trades and site management.

Key Responsibilities

*

Sourcing candidates across the construction sector using job boards, CV databases, referrals and social media

*

Filling roles ranging from general labourers to skilled trades, site managers, foremen and project managers

*

Pre-screening candidates, conducting registrations and verifying eligibility to work

*

Managing compliance: right-to-work checks, certifications, references and onboarding

*

Maintaining strong candidate relationships and ensuring consistent availability for live sites

*

Supporting consultants with day-to-day delivery on active contracts

*

Managing candidate pipelines across Scotland and London

*

Responding quickly to last-minute requirements and site cover needs

*

Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate candidate records

About You

*

Previous experience in construction recruitment is beneficial

*

Applicants from other fast-paced contract recruitment environments will also be considered xjnqpsq

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates at all levels

*

Organised, resilient and able to prioritise in a deadline-driven environment

*

Comfortable working in an office-based role with a hands-on delivery focus
