Hours: Full-time/Part-time/Shifts

Salary: £23–£35 per hour

About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our dedicated team in Hampshire. You will provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in line with professional standards and CQC guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver patient-centered care in line with care plans and clinical guidelines.

* Administer medications safely and accurately.

* Monitor and record patient conditions, reporting any changes promptly.

* Support patients’ emotional and social well-being.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

* Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all policies and procedures.

Requirements:

* Current NMC registration as an RGN.

* Experience working in care homes, hospitals, or community care.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

* Right to work in the UK.
