My client is currently seeking a talented SME Account Handler to join our friendly office. Following our recent acquisition, this is an exciting time to become part of a growing, people-focused business. You’ll handle a varied book of Commercial Combined, Motor Fleet, and wider commercial risks, with the opportunity to progress into leadership for the right person.

Managing your own SME client portfolio worth around £2,000 income.

Servicing a mix of Commercial Combined, Motor Fleet, and broader commercial insurance policies.

Using Acturis to manage policies, process renewals, and handle mid-term adjustments.

Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.

(If experienced) Leading a small, close-knit team of 5 Account Handlers.

Supporting business growth as we work towards our target of £30 million GWP.What you will need:

Commercial insurance experience, ideally across multiple lines.

Strong organisational skills and a confident communication style.

The ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Experience using Acturis is desirable.
