Description

RECfinancial are currently shortlisting for our client, a prestigious Global business based in North Leicestershire. This is an exceptional ongoing hybrid interim opportunity, to work with a very stable team and an empowering Manager with an expected completion date of June 2026. This role may have the chance of being made permanent.

Ideally with a minimum of 12 months experience within a Credit Control role, your new position will include the following elements;

Support the AR team and Credit Manager

Maintain existing accounts, forming and maintaining long term relationships

Credit risk assessment and review

Cash collection

Review and reduction of DSO and over 90-day accounts

Working closely with clients, customer service and account managers

Ability to maintain and manage high volume/value accounts

Embrace and identify process improvements and cost savings for the business

Partner with a number of internal and external business partners, within IT, Commercial Finance, AP and General Ledger. As a potential candidate, you will possess drive, ambition and passion for your role, along with excellent communication skills, good commercial awareness and the ability to manage relationships both internally and externally.

Knowledge of cash allocation, solid systems skills including Excel are essential. Knowledge of working with EDI and platforms would be advantageous but not essential.
