We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Hertfordshire that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to take a leading role within a collaborative and supportive practice, working across a diverse range of projects while contributing to technical delivery, team coordination, and project success.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:

Lead the preparation and submission of planning and building regulation applicationsManage and coordinate consultants, clients, and contractors throughout project deliveryOversee the production of detailed technical drawings and construction packagesEnsure all drawings and documentation comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry standardsSupport and mentor junior team members while contributing to the technical development of the wider teamWork across multiple RIBA stages, with a strong focus on technical delivery, coordination, and project managementKey Requirements for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
