Our client has an exciting for a Sales & Marketing Executive. Are you looking for a new challenge, a role where you will help lead and shape the marketing strategy and support business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a local marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand values

Lead and mentor a small team of Business Development Executives

Work alongside central support functions and external consultants to deliver campaigns

Identify, pursue, and optimise new business opportunities

Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to support retention and growth

Oversee digital and social media campaigns to drive brand presence

Ensure all activity is compliant with regulatory requirements and company guidelines

Skills, Experience and Training Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to business development

Proven experience leading or mentoring a team

Sector experience in insurance or financial services is desirable, but not essential

Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and commercial awareness

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
