The Role

Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently. Matching, checking and coding invoices against purchase orders where required. Reconciling supplier statements and investigating any discrepancies. Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong working relationships. Supporting payment runs and ensuring suppliers are paid on time. Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records and keeping accounts up to date. Working closely with the wider finance team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations. This is more than just another purchase ledger position.
