We’re recruiting on behalf of our client in the hospitality sector for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their growing finance team.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone looking to build on their finance experience with great exposure, support, and potential for career development if the role becomes permanent.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Processing high volumes of purchase invoices.

Matching, batching, and coding invoices.

Reconciling supplier statements and handling queries.

Supporting the finance team with data entry and general admin tasks.

Assisting with month-end processes where needed.

What They’re Looking For:

1–2 years' experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role.

Strong Excel skills.

Accurate data entry and a keen eye for detail.

Proactive, organised and able to manage deadlines.

Must have a driving licence and own transport (office not accessible by public transport).

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
