Description
CMA is excited to be working with an industry market leader. My client is seeking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a full time, permanent basis to join the existing team. Within this role, you will be heavily involved in processing a high volume of purchase orders. Strong attention to detail is essential and the ability to interface with stakeholders across the business is pivotal to the success of this role.
What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?
Inputting of supplier invoices
Matching, coding and posting of supplier invoices
Reconciliation of invoices against supplier statements
Point of contact for supplier queries
General office duties
Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger Assistant vacancy:
Recent experience within accounts payables
Excellent organisational skills in addition to strong attention to detail
A team player
