Remuneration: £14.97 - £17.52 per hour

Contract Details: Temp to Perm

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain machinery with precision to ensure smooth production flow.

Supervise a shift when trained, providing guidance and support to your team.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards to uphold our excellent reputation.

utilise your FLT Counterbalance licence where needed to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Train and mentor junior staff, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster a positive work environment.

Maintain accurate records of production output and machinery performance.Skills:

Proven machine operating skills with a strong track record in a similar environment.

Experience in supervising teams, ensuring productivity and safety.

A valid FLT Counterbalance licence is required.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
