A Top 15 Accounting Practice is recruiting a Private Client Tax Manager to join their team in Central London

In this Private Client Tax Manager job you'll be managing a client list that includes HNWI, OMB's and Partnerships, which will include working on international & cross-border tax issues, and restructuring (including mergers, demergers, and acquisitions).

Responsibilities include:

Preparation, review and submission of tax returnsProvide tax advice to clients on a variety of tax mattersSupporting with business development, networking and marketing initiativesLeading and coaching junior team members, supporting with their development across soft and technical skillsManage communication with HMRC and external stakeholdersEnsuring you keep your technical skills and knowledge of legislative changes up to date

Your experience:

ATT, CTA or ACA qualifiedFirst class written and verbal communication skillsExperience supervising/managing junior colleaguesCommercially aware with experience/desire to business develop
