The Payroll Team Leader will oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the professional services industry. This permanent position is based in West Sussex and requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in payroll management.

Description

Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.

Review and verify payroll data, including timesheets, deductions, and adjustments.

Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations.

Prepare and submit statutory filings, including PAYE and National Insurance contributions.

Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees and management.

Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile payroll accounts.

Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.

Support internal audits and provide payroll reports as required.Profile

A successful Payroll Team Leader should have:

Proven experience in payroll management within the professional services industry.
