Are you a seasoned payroll professional looking to join a collaborative and welcoming team? We're recruiting for a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations across UK and Irish entities. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a mission-driven organisation that values precision, integrity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll for two UK entities (250 employees) and one Irish entity, ensuring full compliance with local regulationsAccurately input and verify UK payroll data using ADP iHCM, maintaining timely and efficient workflowsPrepare monthly payroll reconciliations and resolve any discrepanciesPartner with the HR team to ensure accurate data capture and address system/process issuesManage the payroll inbox, responding to employee queries and liaising with HR, HMRC, the Pension Regulator, and other authoritiesOversee Year End procedures, including the production and distribution of P60sProduce P11Ds, support PSA submissions, and handle other payroll/tax-related matters

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a Senior Payroll role with strong technical expertiseIn-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirementsHands-on experience with ADP iHCMExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsClear and confident communicator, able to explain complex payroll matters effectivelyAdvanced proficiency in Excel and strong general IT skillsA proactive mindset with experience in process improvement and streamliningCommitment to GDPR, confidentiality, and data protection standardPlease note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
