Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process complex payrolls across a diverse client portfolioAct as a key point of contact for client payroll queries, offering clear and proactive guidanceLead on technical payroll matters, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirementsReview payrolls prepared by members of the team, providing constructive feedback where neededSupport, mentor and develop the wider Payroll team as the function continues to growOversee process improvements and drive efficiencies to enhance client serviceBuild strong client relationships with a focus on quality, accuracy, and trustWhat this client is looking for:

Strong experience in end-to-end payroll, ideally within an accountancy practice or bureau environmentExcellent technical knowledge across payroll legislation, statutory payments, auto enrolment and HMRC processesConfident working with payroll software and ExcelExperience supporting and guiding junior team membersA proactive, positive approach with a genuine passion for delivering excellent serviceWhy this is a fantastic opportunity:
