Payroll Coordinator

Payroll perfectionist? We've got the role for you.

Our client based in the Scunthorpe area are looking for a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join the team on a part time (30 Hours) basis. Ideally you will be available to start a new role ASAP to oversee and coordinate weekly and monthly payroll for circa 200 employees.

Role Duties:

Checking the number of hours employees have worked

Calculating wages and salaries

Issuing employees' wages on time

Calculating pay rises, shift payments and overtime compensation as per legislation.

Working with the HR department to ensure employee records are up to date and accurate on the Bright HR system.

Issuing tax forms and related documentation

Deducting tax and insurance payments

Resolving employee issues with pay in a professional and timely manner

Reporting and auditing of payroll information

Person Specification:

Previous payroll experience (Bright HR and Sage experience desirable)

General Microsoft Office skills

Excellent xjnqpsq attention to detail and organisation skills

Ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Strong interpersonal skills
