Morgan Mckinley are supporting a client based in Bristol who are looking for a Part Time Finance Assistant to work with them on fixed term contract.
As Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Processing invoices and purchase orders in line within proceduresCreating and verifying new supplier accountsReconciling supplier statements and resolving queriesRaising sales invoices and supporting debt collectionSupporting internal customers and maintaining financial controlsContributing to continuous improvement and compliance with finance policiesProviding cover for finance colleagues and attending meetings as requiredWhat You'll Bring to the role
Has practical experience in a finance environmentIs proficient in Excel and financial systems
