Their preference is a candidate with little / no Paraplanning experience and instead a chance for an IFA Admin to finally take that step forward in their career.

Working with senior Paraplanners and directly with Financial Advisers, this will offer the hands on experience as well as support and training. The role will naturally progress into Paraplanning without feeling like you are being restricted on your responsibilities.
