Mortgage and Protection Advisor

Description

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a self-employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor for a successful client in King's Lynn.

Your duties will include:

Meeting performance targets.

Ability to prospect and organise meetings.

Fact-find effectively to establish the client's current finances.

Provide high-quality professional mortgage advice.

Explain required insurance and protection products so that clients can make informed choices.

Communicate with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and insurance providers.

Ensure all regulatory documentation completed within the required timescale.

Requirements:

CeMap qualified or relevant mortgage advice qualifications.

Hold an existing client bank or partial client bank with leads supplied.

Minimum 2-3 years experience.

This role is a hybrid role and it is required to work in the office 3-4 days a week.

This is a self employed role with an OTE of 60k.

This is a permanent position with an immediate start.
