As a Mortgage Advisor, your responsibilities will include….

* Fact finding with customers and assessing how to assist them

* Inputting and logging all customer information

* Placing customers with a lender that is closest to their needs

* Working to and achieving set KPI’s and targets whilst adhering to all compliance

* Providing excellent customer service and making sure customers are happy

* Working collaboratively with lenders, insurers and internal teams

We’re looking for a Mortgage Advisor who has the following skills and experience…

* Strong experience within the mortgage industry and can demonstrate knowledge

* Fully CeMap qualified or progressing through qualifications

* Organised with great attention to detail

* Great time management and ability to prioritise urgent tasks

* Clear communication, interpret customer responses xjnqpsq and provide a fab service

* Can build rapport and have a genuine care for the customer

In return, the successful Mortgage Advisor will receive a salary of up to £25,000-£40,000 plus the following benefits…
