As a Management Accountant in the Not For Profit sector, based in Lincoln, you'll play a key role in overseeing financial processes, helping the organisation make sound financial decisions.

This is a hands-on role where you'll support the day-to-day financial operations and contribute to the smooth running of the finance department.

Description

Prepare management accounts and financial reports for review.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data.Support the preparation of year-end accounts and audits.Maintain compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

Studying towards CIMA, ACCA or ACA. Able to commute to our client's office in Lincolnshire. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with preparing management accounts and financial reports.Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Job Offer

Salary ranging from 35,000 to 40,000, dependent on the level of experience.Benefits package to be confirmed.Permanent position based in Lincoln.
