Management Accountant Looking for a finance role where you can genuinely make an impact? This is more than a month-end reporting position. You'll join a growing business at a key stage of its journey, working closely with senior leadership to provide meaningful financial insight, improve processes and help drive better commercial decisions across the organisation.

This is a varied role that combines core financial reporting with commercial partnering, giving you the opportunity to influence decision-making, improve business performance and contribute to ongoing finance transformation initiatives.

Working closely with the Finance Director and wider management team, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial information while identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting across the organisation.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduce monthly management accounts and supporting analysisDeliver weekly and monthly financial reporting to senior stakeholdersManage balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong controlsSupport budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planningDevelop KPI reporting and provide commercial insightPartner with operational teams to improve business performanceIdentify and implement process and systems improvementsAssist with year-end audit requirements and compliance activitiesAbout You You'll ideally have:

AAT qualification, Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA, or be Qualified by ExperienceProven management accounts experienceStrong Excel and finance systems knowledgeExcellent analytical and communication skillsA hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvementThe confidence to engage with stakeholders across the businessExperience with finance transformation, system implementation, or process improvement projects would be advantageous.
