Description

Monday to Friday Talent guardian are working with a food product company based in Farnborough and are seeking a qualified or part-qualified Management Accountant to join our finance team in a hands-on leadership role. This position is ideal for someone with strong operational finance experience, with a clear focus on payment runs rather than internal reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 2, providing day-to-day support, oversight, and developmentOversee and execute end-to-end payment runs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong controlsManage payment approvals, supplier payments, and cashflow processesAct as a key point of contact for payment-related queries from internal teams and suppliersSupport month-end activities where required (limited internal reporting focus)Identify and implement process improvements within transactional finance About You CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified or part-qualified, or equivalent experienceProven experience in payment processing, AP, or operational financeExperience leading or mentoring a small teamHighly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to deadlinesStrong communication skills and a proactive, practical approach
