Management AccountantBasingstoke- HybridUp to GBP50,000 per annumA global operating organisation is seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join it's finance function. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of core financial reporting activities, supervise team members, and play a key role in driving process improvement within a structured shared service environment. Reporting to a Finance Manager, the successful candidate will act as a key point of contact across the finance function.Key Responsibilities: Ownership of month-end close activities across international entitiesSupervision of accounting activity and support of team members to meet deadlines and KPIsReview and ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and associated controlsSupport the preparation of statutory accounts and audit deliverablesAct as a key finance contact for regional and group stakeholders, supporting reporting and variance analysisProvide cover and leadership support in the absence of senior team membersDrive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and service qualityPartner with stakeholders across the finance hub and wider business to improve ways of working Key Attributes: Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMAStrong track record of delivering month-end close within complex environmentsConfident technical accountant with the ability to advise and problem-solvePrevious experience supervising or mentoring othersStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment At Investigo, we make recruitment feel easy.Let's keep this simple.
