Salary - GBP40,000 - GBP50,000

About the Role

We're looking for a Management Accountant to join a growing fintech company, where innovation is key and the future of payments is being reshaped.

In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative finance team and work closely with decision-makers across the business. Your job is to make sure they have the financial insights they need to steer the company in the right direction.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating and maintaining detailed budgets and forecastsAnalysing business costs - from operations to overheadsReporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progressConducting variance analysisSupporting pricing decisions, staffing plans, and operational improvements What We're Looking For

2-4 years experience in accounting, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial servicesFully or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros, data modelling)Strong VBA knowledge is a big plusA sharp eye for detail and a passion for improving processes What You'll Get in Return
