An industry leading company in the landscaping sector is looking for aspecialist Billing Clerk/Invoicing Administrator to join their team in their Blackburn office. This will be a permanent position, working closely with the Invoicing team to process and resolve invoices.

This job is ideal for an individual with knowledge and experience in a finance function plus some experience in SAP. They have just undergone a significant period of growth and are looking to grow the team alongside this.

Job description for Invoice Specialist

* Process invoices (800+ per month) using SAP and Excel

* Creating revenue journals and credit notes where appropriate

* Answer client enquiries across multiple platforms and query types

* Complete administrative duties for the office

* Working closely with Credit Control to reduce aged debts

Job skills required for Invoice Specialist

* Customer service experience (call handling, query resolution etc)

* Strong Microsoft Office and Computer Literacy skills

* Experience within a finance team
