Description
Our client is currently seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor (Subsidence) to work subsidence claims. You will mainly deal with properties affected by subsidence.
The Role
Deliver professional subsidence and building surveying services for domestic and commercial insurance claims
Attend site to carry out technical assessments and the investigation of claims
Take full ownership of your workload, managing your own portfolio efficiently to meet business goals and service level agreements.
Visit damaged properties across your region to assess structural issues, diagnose causes, and determine the technical and insurance requirements needed to reinstate buildings.
Work closely with policyholders, insurers, loss adjusters, local authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders to drive claims to a fair and timely resolution. Maintain accurate, detailed records within our claims management system to ensure transparency and continuity. xjnqpsq
Collaborate with colleagues across the UK, supporting other regions when needed and contributing to a culture of shared expertise.

Skills / Qualifications
Degree in Building Surveying
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
