* Proactively generate new business opportunities and grow your client base through referrals, networking, and business development initiatives.

* Deliver comprehensive, compliant financial planning solutions across pensions, investments, protection, and tax-efficient strategies.

* Build long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and quality advice.

* Work closely with the in-house paraplanning and administrative team to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, markets, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

* Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) is essential.

* Ideally already CAS status (Competent Adviser Status) or working towards it.

* Proven experience as a financial adviser or planner, preferably within a regulated environment.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

* A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a track record in business development.

Remuneration and Benefits

* On-target earnings: £70,000+ (realistic, based on meeting minimum targets)
