Basingstoke, Hampshire Reporting to: Group Financial Controller

Are you a qualified or near-qualified accountant looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic business, is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their UK finance team in a role offering real responsibility, variety, and progression.

The Role

You?ll play a key part in the day-to-day financial operations of the group, including:

Managing the nominal and sales ledgers

Bank reconciliations, purchase ledger, and WIP reporting

Supporting monthly management accounts and financial reporting

Monitoring aged debt and supporting cash flow

Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, statutory accounts, tax, and audits

Managing intercompany reconciliations

About You

ACA / ACCA finalist or qualified (1?2 years PQE preferred)

Strong Excel and general ledger experience

Solid understanding of financial reporting

Proactive, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced environment

Strong communicator who works well across teams
