Job Title: FP&A Manager

Department: Finance

Location: London (Hybrid 2 days office, 3 days remote)

Salary: Up to GBP90,000 + annual bonus + benefits

About the Business

A leading organisation within the financial services sector is looking to hire an FP&A Manager to join its established finance team. The business operates in a regulated environment and continues to invest in its financial planning, modelling, and decision-making capabilities to support sustainable growth.

The Role

This is a broad FP&A role with a strong emphasis on financial modelling, planning, and forward-looking analysis. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Treasury to support business planning and provide insight that drives decision-making.

The role also offers exposure to ICAAP and capital planning processes, including stress testing and scenario analysis. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to build on their experience in financial modelling within a regulated environment.

You will be part of a collaborative team environment, contributing to both day-to-day planning activities and longer-term strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the financial planning and forecasting process, including budgeting and regular reforecastsBuild and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic decision-makingDeliver insightful analysis to senior stakeholders, helping to explain financial performance and future outlookContribute to stress testing and scenario analysis to assess business performance under different conditionsSupport ICAAP and capital planning processes, including preparation of supporting analysis and documentationWork closely with teams across Finance, Risk, and Treasury to ensure consistency in assumptions and outputsAssist with the preparation of materials for senior committees, including clear and concise commentaryContinuously improve financial models, processes, and reporting toolsEnsure outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with internal governance standards

Experience & Qualifications

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Experience within financial services or another regulated environmentStrong financial modelling skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insightExposure to forecasting, budgeting, and planning processesExperience or exposure to ICAAP, stress testing, or capital planningStrong analytical mindset with good attention to detailConfident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholdersProactive and able to manage workload independently while contributing to a team
