Description

As a Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of high volume transactional finance activities including invoice processing, reconciliations, and supporting with month and year end duties.

My client are a Newcastle based Housing Association. The company is known for its focus on delivering efficient and reliable services, supported by a dedicated and professional team.

Description

Assist with the preparation and processing of financial transactions and reports.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Support month-end and year-end financial processes.

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team.

Assist in budget monitoring and cost control activities.

Respond to finance-related queries from stakeholders.Profile

The successful candidate will have:

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Previous experience in the property industry or a similar role is advantageous.Job Offer
