Compliance consultancy specialised in Sec 166 Remedetion ProjectsAudit and new Regulatory projects.IT solutions, Back/front office administration.We are inviting applications for Finance and Accounting Technicians

Reporting to the Financial Controller and management team you will:

Process supplier invoices and ensure accuracy and complianceCarry out 3-way matching and resolve any discrepanciesManage supplier payments, ensuring timely and accurate processingReconcile supplier statements and maintain strong account relationshipsRaise and issue customer invoices in line with contracts and schedulesMonitor outstanding payments and support credit control activitiesAllocate receipts and maintain accurate debtor accountsPrepare aged reports and highlight any risks or issuesComplete regular bank reconciliations and investigate variancesSupport month-end close, including accruals and reportingMaintain accurate financial records across all systemsInput and manage data within accounting systems such as Sage and othersSupport audits and provide key financial documentationEnsure compliance with accounting standards, VAT, and internal controlsProvide general finance and administrative support as neededAssist with the prep of weekly and monthly management accounts - P&L statements, balance sheets and cashflow forecastsAssist with budgeting and cost analysisExperience required:

Graduate in commerce and accounting5 years' experience in industrySolution orientated approachStrong IT skills - ExcelMeticulous attention to detailCapable of adhering to reporting deadlines
