Executive Assistant

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time hours

Contract Type: this is initially a temporary contract, with potential to turn permanent for the right candidate.

We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join a busy and professional team based in Portsmouth. This is initially a temporary position, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

This is a varied role where you will provide high-level administrative support to senior members of the business while also assisting the wider team with a range of day-to-day administrative duties.

As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting senior staff members and helping to keep the wider team organised and running efficiently.

Duties may include:

Providing administrative and organisational support to senior members of the business

Managing diaries, meetings and appointments

Coordinating meetings and preparing relevant documentation

Managing emails, correspondence and communications

Producing documents, reports and presentations

Taking meeting notes and following up on actions where required

Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties

Maintaining accurate records, documents and databases

Assisting with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

You will ideally have:

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator or within a similar role

Excellent organisational xjnqpsq and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work independently and use your own initiative

Experience supporting senior-level staff

A professional and approachable manner

Strong attention to detail
