Your new role
As a Customer Support Adviser, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the smooth and efficient running of the branch.
This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, and consultative sales, offering real progression into the insurance industry.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality service to customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via emailManaging customer queries, policy renewals, and mid-term adjustmentsProcessing policy changes and maintaining accurate customer recordsIdentifying opportunities to cross-sell and recommend appropriate insurance products Supporting customers through claims, offering guidance and reassuranceHandling administrative tasks to ensure efficient branch operationsWorking in line with regulatory standards and compliance requirementsDeveloping your knowledge through structured training, including working towards industry-recognised insurance licences This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a professional, customer-focused role with long-term career prospects.
What you'll need to succeed

Key requirements:
Previous customer service experience (essential) Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trustHigh attention to detail, particularly when handling administrative tasksConfident in using systems and managing customer dataGood organisational and time management skillsA proactive mindset, with the ability to identify customer needs and opportunitiesDesirable (but not essential):
Experience within insurance, financial services, or a regulated environmentBackground in high-end, premium, or consultative customer service environmentsMost importantly, you'll be someone who is eager to learn, professionally driven, and committed to delivering excellent service.
