Customer Services & Accounts Administrator

Remote | £26,000–£30,000 (DOE) | Full-Time

Monday to Friday, rotating weeks of 7:30–4:30 and 9:00–6:00

Join a fast-growing, people-focused sports and childcare organisation operating across London and Buckinghamshire! We're looking for a proactive and organised Customer Services & Accounts Administrator to support our finance and bookings team.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service with finance admin – perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a dynamic environment.

Although the role is remote we are looking for someone within the Woking / Surrey area so they can easily visit sites and make company meetings.

What You’ll Do:

* Be the first point of contact for customer queries (calls & emails)

* Manage customer bookings and admin via our system

* Handle invoicing, payment allocation, and credit control using Xero

* Process supplier invoices and support monthly pay runs

* Provide general admin support to the Finance Director

* Assist with tasks like Ofsted renewals, childcare vouchers & reporting

What You’ll Need:

* 2+ year in admin, finance, or customer service

* Strong communication & organisation skills

* Experience with Xero or similar accounting software

* Confident using Microsoft Office

* A positive, can-do attitude

* A driver with a car
