Target Operating Model Design | Retail Financial Services | Ex Big 4 Consultancy | London | £800-£1000/day inside IR35

Our client is looking for an Organisation-wide Target Operating Model Design Consultant to work with them, translating the Organisational Design through to an Operational Target Operating Model.

Your background will likely be in one of the Big 4 consultancies - and with Retail Financial Services experience. They have already created Org Design - so now need a consultant to design the TOM and then work with them to implement it.

Location: Mainly remote - with travel to their offices for meetings (London / South East)
