Description
Search are supporting a large business based in the Halifax area who are looking for a collections specialist to join their business - the role is offering Hybrid working and a bonus each month!
Job Duties:
Managing a portfolio of clients to maximise cash collection for the business
Working with internal teams to keep on top of customer queries
Taking payments via debit or credit from customers over the phone
Dealing with any customer queries
Processing of defaults where required
Referring to accounts to legal if applicableSuccessful candidate will possess:
Work to timed deadlines
Ability to work as part of team
Microsoft proficient
Excellent communication skills
Working within a business department What on offer:
Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:00
Free on site parking
25 days annual leave plus banks
Hybrid xjnqpsq working - 3 days on site 2 days at home
Pension
