Description

The Opportunity:

The FIE Business Process Associate supports the PCGI business verticals (Sales, Service, and/or PCA). This includes completing operational tasks and researching and analyzing data in support of business functions, process knowledge, and systems requirements. The Business Process Associate works closely with Business Analysts to understand, analyze, and validate business requests, and is responsible for documenting business processes and requirements.

The Day–to–Day:

Oversees assigned operational tasks to completionIdentifies, creates, and develops documentation for group and the business as applicableSupports the growth of the business through various projectsFollows group and firm policies and proceduresIdentifies potential process improvements and recommends solutionsIdentifies elevations and routes appropriatelyResponsible for properly handling sensitive and/or confidential documentsAdditional responsibilities may include:

Collaborates with project managers and project sponsorsTranslates conceptual user requirements into functional requirementsAssists the business in the development of training materialAssists QA in the development of test plans as well as postproduction testingDocuments change based on required business needsContributes to centralized documentation system for managing and maintaining documentsPartners with Business Analysts on projectsMonitors and assists with change management in systems and applications pre and post rollouts including QA and trainingContributes to the planning, scoping and managing of less complex projectsDemonstrates ability to translate a problem or process visuallyYour Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required1+ years of experience in a role focused on the execution of business process improvement initiativesExperience with project tracking software such as Confluence or JiraHigh level of attention to detailAbility to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environmentExcellent communication skillsAbility to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasksProficient in Microsoft Office softwareWhy Fisher Investments:
