Bookkeeper position

Description

Role – Management accountant

location – Lowestoft, Norfolk

Working hours – Up to 25 hours per week

Rate of pay – Up to £16.50 per hour

Capacity of role – Permanent position

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional to join their team as a Bookkeeper / Management Accountant. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone confident managing day-to-day bookkeeping while supporting the production of timely, insightful management accounts.

Main duties will include -

• Maintain and reconcile sales, purchase, and general ledgers

• Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• VAT returns and HMRC submissions

Candidate attributes -

 3+ years’ experience in a similar finance role

 Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping

 Good Excel skills

 Proficiency in Sage accounting software, preferably Sage 50

 High attention to detail and accuracy

 Ability to work xjnqpsq independently and manage priorities
