The Company
Axon Moore is exclusively partnering with a fast growing, tech services business in South Manchester. Due to continued growth they require an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant to join their growing finance team, reporting into the Finance Manager.
Salary – Circa £35,000
Location – South Manchester
Hybrid – 3 days in 2 working from home.
Responsibilities will include:
Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Billing, credit control, and dispute resolution.
Assist with monthly management accounts whilst maintaining the accuracy of financial records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact for account queries
Maintain balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare journals, accruals, and prepayments
Provide insightful reports and analysis related to customer accounts and revenue streams.
Person Specification:
Intermediate Excel skills.
ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified.
Experience using accounting software (e.g. Sage, or similar) is highly desirable
Keen to learn and grow in a generalist finance role
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
