Based in Andover, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office), you'll become a key member of a collaborative finance team, gaining broad exposure across financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and international operations.

What You'll Be Doing As Assistant Accountant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the month-end process and ensuring the accuracy of financial information across multiple entities. Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and posting journals, accruals, and prepaymentsAssisting with month-end and year-end accounting activitiesPerforming balance sheet reconciliations and investigating variancesSupporting tax compliance and statutory reporting requirementsMaintaining accurate financial records across multiple business entitiesCollaborating with finance teams across the EMEA region to ensure consistency, accuracy, and best practiceContributing to process improvements and supporting the continued growth of the finance function What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated and proactive finance professional who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a dynamic environment.
