With fixed hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, your evenings and weekends are yours!

You will report to experienced managers who focus on ensuring great morale within their team. You will work alongside 8 colleagues, and the team is growing - it’s doubled in size in just over a year!

As the company has recently implemented a new cloud-based system, this will be an opportunity for you to gain niche software skills.

What you’ll do

You’ll be working with large and well-known business customers, ensuring payments are received for the high volumes of stock they have purchased.

Your day-to-day will include:

* Liaising with customers via telephone and email to collect payments and resolve any queries

* Allocating large payments from blue-chip businesses

* Running weekly and monthly reports

* Sending customers their statements

* Reviewing customers’ credit limits

* Building relationships with your customers

* Supporting your colleagues

What you’ll need

* Good customer service skills – you’ll be dealing with people by phone and email.

* Some experience working with Excel, with an interest in developing these skills.

* A good level of numeracy – you’ll be working with figures every day

* Keenness to learn
