Whether you are AAT qualified or part-qualified, if you have hands-on practice experience and the drive to deliver a high standard of work for a diverse client base, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of accounts for a varied portfolio of clients including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companiesPreparation of personal and corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and complianceSupporting with VAT returns, bookkeeping, and management accounts as requiredLiaising with clients in a confident and professional manner, building strong and lasting relationshipsWorking closely with senior members of the team and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practiceKeeping up to date with changes in accounting standards, tax legislation, and best practiceWhat We're Looking Forsome experience working within an accountancy practice AAT qualified or part-qualified (ACCA or ACA) - candidates at either stage are encouraged to applyGood working knowledge of accounts preparation and tax across a range of client typesProficient with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or similarStrong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skillsA professional, client-focused approach with strong communication skillsBased within commuting distance of PortsmouthWhat's on OfferSalary up to GBP45,000 depending on experience and level of qualificationA supportive and collaborative team environment within a highly regarded, well-established practiceExposure to a varied and interesting client base across a range of sectorsGenuine opportunities for career development and progression within the firmStudy support considered for the right candidateHow to Apply If you're an experienced practice accountant ready to take the next step in your career with a firm that will truly value your contribution, we'd love to hear from you.
