Salary: GBP50,000 to GBP55,000 per year

Hours of Work: Full-time or part-time (.5 hours per week, flexible)

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Senior to join a growing, well-established accountancy team in Swindon.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing accounts and tax returns for a diverse client baseConducting audits and producing management accountsSupporting clients with practical business and tax adviceManaging a portfolio of clients and overseeing deadlinesSupervising and mentoring junior staff membersWorking collaboratively with the wider team on client solutions Skills and Experience Required

ACA or equivalent UK accountancy qualification preferred; part-qualified candidates consideredStrong technical and analytical abilityExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailEffective communication skills with experience in client-facing workIT literate, with experience in accounts software, tax software, and ExcelSelf-motivated and able to work independently or within a small team Desirable:
